Due to the delicate and personal nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges for online or in-store purchases.
Can I purchase items online and pick them up in-store?
Yes, we offer the option for customers to buy online and pick up their orders in-store for added convenience. Not all items in store are available online, due to their size and exclusivity.
How can I report a damaged item from my shipped order?
If you purchased an item online for shipping and receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@stele.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and packaging for further assistance.
